Jan 1942: fifteen Nazi officials met near Berlin to discuss the murder of 11 million Jews.  Chaired by the Butcher of Prague, Reinhard Heydrich, it was a ghastly but matter-of-fact meeting to ensure efficient implementation of the Nazi “final solution to the Jewish question.”   The logistics officer was Adolph Eichmann.
