Join Amanda Adams, local forager and Florida Master Naturalist, to learn about the edible and medicinal plants that are growing in your yard and neighborhood. There will be a 45-minute indoor presentation followed by an optional 20-30 minute walk just outside the library to meet some of these edible “weeds” in person. It is recommended to bring something to take notes/pictures with and, if attending the outdoor portion, please bring water, comfortable walking shoes, and sun protection.
